Export Partnerships

Export partnership will be cooperation projects of Central Asian small and medium-sized companies, heading to a selected target market.

Under the RTLC guidance, two Export Partnerships will be set up of 4-6 well committed companies in each. The co-operation will help companies to enter new export markets in a cost-efficient and time-saving way.

RTLC will render practical support to the creation of export partnerships by:

a) Providing training,

b) Offering a professional Export Manager,
c) Creating synergy,
d) Promoting effort,
e) Rolling up results,
f) Following up projects.

The companies will be heavily involved in planning, coordination, practical sales, marketing, and other relevant activities that will help develop skills and add value to their business.

In perspective, Export Partnerships should be running on its own in 2-3 years.

Training makes Perfect

RTLC conducts an intensive program for associations and businesses, which extends from training activities to practical trade promotion and export collaboration.

Core group of 60 professionals from business associations around the region will have an opportunity to share experiences, create networks, learn, and collaborate to promote growth and sustainability.

The training program will focus on International Trade and consist of the following topics:

3. Logistics Management
4. Marketing and Promotion
5. Advocacy for Association

Expected Benefits for SMEs:

Doing Business in CAR Guides

In the course of the training, the companies will create up-to-date, practical guides on doing business with their own country, for the benefit of the members of their network.

Each member will receive a practical guide on successfully penetrating the new market that they have targeted.

Participants will compile existing information for this purpose, while adding practical personal experience and case studies.

The objective of this activity is to promote the ability of businesses and business associations as their advocates to trade and do business with each other in line with international norms and standards.

The whole training program will be based on best practices from ICC, WTO, and others and will be given by leading MBA programs.

The program will result in export partnerships - key element of business cooperation for profit-oriented companies.
