Disputes over Intellectual Property Rights (Practical Guide)USAID's Regional Trade Liberalization and Customs Project in Kazakhstan, together with the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, are implementing a project on the study of jurisdiction of Kazakhstan courts over intellectual property dispute adjudication.
Based on the analysis of existing regulations in the sphere of intellectual property rights protection, a practical guide for consideration and settlement of disputes over intellectual property was developed.
This practical guide is published to assist judges, lawyers, and legal advisers, and can also be used by students, graduates and postgraduates of law schools and universities as a supplement to the recommended literature. The guide, prepared jointly with judges and academics, examines the court rulings of disputes over intellectual property, and offers guidelines for consideration of similar cases.
This publication is made possible by the support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The contents are the sole responsibility of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of USAID or the United States Government.
This practical guide is available in Russian only and can be downloaded here: Disputes over Intellectual Property Rights (Practical Guide) |
